"Seasonal flavors are worth trying"
I really liked the fall flavors. They were tasty and fun to try. I just wish some of the pints were a bit cheaper, but overall I was happy with them

"Tasty, but way too expensive"
I tried this a little while back, maybe last month or the month before, I can't remember exactly, i did like the taste. It felt like a nice treat. But the price was really hard to justify, and once shipping was added, it felt even worse. For what I ended up paying, I kind of expected more. I'd maybe get it again as a one-time treat, but definitely not something I'd buy regularly

"Works like it should"
The sub works fine and I haven’t had any issues with it. Pretty much set it up and forgot about it, which is exactly what I wanted. For some reason I remember the box had one tiny corner dented, but the actual sub was totally fine. No fuss at all

"Good overall, but wish favorites stayed in stock"
I order from Jeni’s every so often, and for the most part it’s been a good experience. A lot of the popular flavors I’m looking for are usually available, which I appreciate. That said, it’s a little frustrating when a flavor sells out right when I’m about to place an order. They do seem to come back eventually, but the timing can be annoying. The website is easy to use, and shipping has been fine for me so far. Overall I’m happy, but I do wish they did a better job keeping the fan favorites in stock.

I’ve ordered from Jeni’s a few times now, it just tastes better than most ice cream I pick up. The dairy has this really clean, fresh taste, and the mix-ins don’t have that weird fake flavor some brands do. Even the flavors I was kind of unsure about ended up being really balanced and not overly sweet. It’s definitely on the pricey side, but I can tell they’re using good ingredients, so I don’t mind getting it as a treat. My small win is that I’ve started keeping a pint in the freezer for after a long week instead of grabbing random snacks, and it feels way more satisfying.

My order did show up still cold, so I’ll give them that, but the flavor just wasn’t quite there for me. It tasted a little stale and kind of freezer burnt, which was disappointing. I’m not trying to be overly picky, especially since it wasn’t awful, but for the price I expected it to taste fresher.

"Really good Texture"
I ordered a few pints from jenis i was impressed. the texture is SO good, super creamy but not heavy, and after sitting out for just a few minutes it scoops really nicely straight from the freezer. No icy bits, no weird grainy thing going on, just smooth ice cream. i’d definitely order again.

Everything was right there in the box, and there were no mixups at all. that already puts it ahead of a few competitors I’ve tried, where I’ve had to deal with missing pieces or the wrong items showing up. This was simple and stress-free

"Too many flavors, but I still want more"
I always say there are almost too many flavors to choose from, but then every time I order I end up wanting to try even more. Some of the weird-sounding ones make me nervous, and I expect not to like them, but they usually turn out to be really good.

"Tasty, but a little light for the price"
The ice cream itself was good, no complaints there. But reading between the lines, it kind of felt like you’re paying more for the treat than the actual amount you get. I expected the cup to be a bit fuller, honestly. Not a bad spot, just wish the portion matched the price a little better.

"Super quick and easy order"
I ordered from jenis the shipping was way faster than I expected. I got updates pretty much right away, and the box showed up sooner than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. Everything was still packed really well and nice and cold too, so I feel like that’s a good sign, right? No issues at all on my end. Just a really smooth, easy order, and I’d definitely order again

"Clean and comfortable spot"
I stopped in yesterday the place was really clean. The tables and floors looked well taken care of, and I noticed the staff quickly wiping things down as people came and went. It made the whole experience feel comfortable and nice to sit down and eat there

I’ve ordered from jenis a few times now, the ice cream is really good. Really good. The thing I like most is that a lot of the flavors aren’t just super sweet for no reason — you can actually taste the mix-ins and whatever else is going on in the pint. Some flavors are still a little too sugary for me, depending on which one you get, but overall I think they do a nice job with the balance. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Wanted to love it, but I'm not sure I'd reorder"
I’ve been a fan of this brand for a while, so I really wanted to like this more than I did. Unfortunately, shipping took longer than I expected, and by the time it arrived, the ice cream was a little melted. The flavors were decent, but nothing that really blew me away. For the price, I’m torn because I do like the brand, but I don’t think I’d order it again unless the delivery experience improved.

"Cool and different, but maybe a little hyped up"
I’ll give it credit, the stuff is definitely unique and not what you see everywhere else. I liked browsing it, and some pieces really stood out. That said, I kind of expected a bit more with all the hype around it. Maybe that’s on me, but yeah, it’s cool, just not totally mind-blowing.
